Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to inclement weather at the photographer’s discretion. Safety of the client and photographer are prioritized in all weather-related decisions.
Payments can be made via PayPal or credit card payment through invoice.
Booking + retainer
A signed contract and non-refundable 25% retainer are required to book your date. The remaining balance is due before the session. Wedding balances must be paid within 48 hours prior to the wedding.
cancellations+ rescheduling
Cancellations result in the loss of the retainer. Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. If a wedding is rescheduled, it is subject to the photographers availability. Sessions may only be rescheduled two times before an additional fee is applied. If client arrives late to their session, it may cut into their shooting time.
Weddings
Coverage begins and ends at the times agreed during the planning consultation. Additional hours may only be added at an hourly rate with advance notice. For weddings lasting longer than 8+ hours, a vendor meal is required for the photographer and any other associates hired with Randi Zans Photo.
editing
Images are delivered in the photographer’s signature editing style. Requests for re-editing or RAW files will not be honored. Minor retouching (exposure, color correction, skin smoothing) is included. No body alterations will be offered.
Client must not edit over existing edited photos or apply new filters to photos delivered.
delivery
All images will be delivered through an online downloadable gallery. Galleries must be downloaded and saved securely within 6 months, before they will expire and be deleted. Regular photo sessions will be delivered within 3-4 weeks. Wedding galleries will be delivered within 6-8 weeks.
image rights
Clients receive personal-use rights for digital images. Commercial use is prohibited unless licensed separately. The photographer retains full copyright and may use images for portfolio, website, and social media.
